The Story
The golden hour does not end when the sun goes down.
Ha Long Street is the most beautiful seafront road in Vung Tau — it runs the length of Front Beach, where the whole city comes out for the sunset. At number 94, the address once known as Vitamin C2 has been rebuilt from the ground up as New C2 Beach Lounge: a seaside lounge that takes the moment the sun touches the water as its palette — fire orange, chrome gold and the deep red of its fanpage cover.
Inside, tiered oval rings of light hang across the ceiling, red lasers sweep down to the floor, and the DJ booth sits dead centre with standing tables and sofas wrapped around it on three sides. Every night has a theme — Golden Hour, The Heat Of The Holiday, We Own The Night — with four genres back to back: EDM, Vinahouse, Remix and Hip-hop, plus DJs, MCs and dancers changing weekly.
